Hollis Dana, grew up in a big family with her mother, a dietitian, industrial cook and administrator at the helm. Growing up during the back-to-nature, hippie-movement area, Dana moved to the mountains and began her quest for knowledge in the natural healing arts. This love of homegrown, homemade natural living is a core interest and value that has guided her journey in vegan home cooking.

Hollis has experience in the food service industry as a cook, baker, caterer, banquet server and personal chef. Her love for farm fresh local produce, guides her menu choices, showing off the beauty and flavor of our current seasons.

With knowledge of the decline in the purity of our food supply, Hollis chose to adopt a vegan diet to avoid the many hazardous contaminants in animal products. She enrolled in and completed her training with Rouxbe Cooking School’s, Plant Based Certification Course. Learning many tricks of the trade, she is able to make whole food plant based dishes that are delicious, nutritious and when eaten regularly will improve your health on many levels.

Hollis is also trained and certified as a Live Coach and offers her services to those wanting to improve their health with a plant based diet.

Her joy of cooking, deep knowledge of natural healing and excitement about sharing her passion makes cooking with Hollis fun, educational and a deliciously scrumptious experience.
